My friends have received their race numbers but I haven't got mine.
Race Packs will start to be sent from Monday 4th April. If close to the event, please contact us immediately. If you've entered online you would have received a confirmation of entry email from us so don't panic, you are in the race

Lost number?
Contact us immediately – info@galloprace.co.uk
Your Address
Runners often say that they've changed address since entering or that they live in a huge block of flats and their post goes missing. Why not get your number sent to your workplace if that is more secure. If you change address after entering but before the info has been sent out, please tell us otherwise the info and number will go to the wrong address.
How fit do you need to be?
You should be fit enough to run at least 5 miles without stopping.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
The race starts at 11:00am. You should arrive no later than 10:00am. This will leave enough time to park, to use the loos etc.
What to Wear?
Clothing
We recommend that you wear synthetic technical running apparel. These materials wick away sweat and helps to keep you dry. Cotton is not good at this. Technical breathable fabrics are perfect for this event and are strongly recommended.
Footwear
Your normal road running trainers are perfect for this event. For a guide to selecting trail running and training shoes, see www.shoeguide.co.uk
Results & Prizes
Results will be recorded and posted on the website as soon as possible after the event. Prizes are awarded on the day.
Errors
Unfortunately there are sometimes errors in the results; sometimes our fault, sometimes yours, e.g. a runner might be wearing someone else's number by mistake or there's been a human error inputting the data. If you feel that there is an error with your result, please contact us NO LATER than 5pm Wednesday 4th May. Results will then be deemed final.
Ill or Injured?
You should not run if ill or injured for your own safety. You cannot give your number to someone else in your place. This is for insurance reasons.
Refunds and Deferrals
Like all events, entry fees are used to hire land, equipment etc. Therefore, we do not issue refunds after entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year.
